I have spent more than half of my life living near the beautiful North Norfolk Coast and my younger childhood was spent living in Africa. I have always been drawn to beautiful light and colours and love to see and look for beauty in nature and the world around us. I love all animals and enjoy drawing and painting and creating portraits for pet owners. I also create my own artwork which may appear here from time to time.
ABOUT ME
I create my pet portraits using high quality soft pastel which with its subtleties allows for a true likeness and feeling of each pet in every portrait.
I have had many dogs of my own and meet many when I'm out for my walks. They bring such joy and companionship into our lives and I feel this when I'm creating bespoke portraits. It takes me a long time to do each portrait and I do put myself through many challenges to get it how I think it deserves to be - it's an emotional effort for me which is forever rewarding.
